Your Mission at the AI Beach Party

You are invited to participate in a live, collaborative foresight activity led by IMIX and Prof. Sylvain Rochon. This activity turns the AI Beach Party into a real-time collective intelligence exercise exploring one urgent question:

  • What minimum conditions must society secure to remain viable as AI transforms work, governance, infrastructure, and human purpose?

By participating, you will become an Agent of Transition. You will answer a short set of questions, engage with other participants, and contribute to a synthesized foresight report generated from the collective responses of the group.

Why Participate?

By completing the activity, you will:

  • Earn an IMIX mini-certificate recognizing your participation in a live Planetary Societal Engineering foresight exercise. The mini-certificate will act as credit towards the completion of the full 44 hour accredited course at IMIX (given by Professor Sylvain Rochon), with credits recognized by the Ministry of Education of Mexico.
  • Gain practical exposure to strategic foresight, a discipline used to anticipate change, identify systemic risks, and design better futures before disruption becomes crisis.
  • Learn the foundations of the Minimum Threshold Model (MTM), IMIX’s proprietary framework for identifying the minimum systemic conditions required to prevent instability and enable viable societal transformation.
  • Experience the Delphi Method in action, by contributing your own perspective and helping collect insights from others to generate a stronger, more intelligent group outcome.
  • Receive the final synthesized report, including themes, patterns, and insights drawn from your answers and the collective intelligence of other participating Agents.

What you will do;

  1. Scan the QR code to access the JotForm activity or click here from your device.
  2. Enter your email so we can send your certificate and the final report.
  3. Engage with 2-3 other party participants to answer a short set of foresight questions on AI, work, infrastructure, governance, and societal stability.
  4. Contribute to the AI Beach Party “Blueprint for Systemic Stability.”

What Is Strategic Foresight?

Strategic foresight is the disciplined practice of exploring plausible futures, identifying emerging risks and opportunities, and designing informed actions in the present.

In the context of Planetary Societal Engineering, foresight gives leaders, institutions, and citizens a way to anticipate systemic transitions and actively shape more resilient futures.

This activity applies foresight to one of the defining challenges of our time: the societal phase transition created by advanced AI, automation, and the possible decline of traditional employment as a central organizing structure of society.

Why the Delphi Method?

The Delphi Method is a structured approach for gathering and refining expert or participant judgment.

Everyone at the AI Beach Party is AT LEAST an AI enthusiast. Instead of relying on one expert opinion, the statistical nature of the Delphi Method helps reveal patterns across many perspectives. At the AI Beach Party, your answers and the answers you collect from others will be synthesized to identify emerging consensus, disagreement, threshold conditions, and strategic priorities.

In simple terms: your participation helps transform individual opinions into collective intelligence.

The result of the process will be revealed near the end of the AI Beach Party and shared with participants by email.

What Is the Minimum Threshold Model™?

The MTM™ is a proprietary, holistic societal engineering architecture developed by IMIX Group.

Unlike traditional foresight methodologies that promote superficial adaptations or isolated reductionism, the MTM is rooted in profound Systems Philosophy.

It calculates the exact tipping points—or “Minimum Thresholds”—that a complex social system must proactively secure to prevent systemic collapse.

The MTM evaluates Human Activity Systems (HAS) to ensure they are compatible vertically (with the biosphere and cosmos), horizontally (across diverse global cultures), and temporally (sustainable for future generations).

What minimum conditions must be in place for a selected future to function without collapse?

For this activity, MTM will help frame three major viability questions related to AI and societal transition:

  • Technical viability: What infrastructure, energy, and technological capabilities must exist?
  • Socio-regulatory viability: What governance and economic guarantees must be secured?
  • Cognitive and cultural viability: What new sources of meaning, purpose, and identity must replace outdated social structures?

Your Contribution Matters

You will be participating in a live foresight mission. Your input will help generate a collective report on the future of AI, work, governance, and societal stability.
